1.Initial Interview
 Through a proven process we discuss with the client via email, phone, or onsite (local companies only) the needs of their business and what they are looking for in a website. We obtain information pertinent to the client’s business, such as current logos, company colors, motto, product line, etc.

2.Site Map Development
 Based on the information obtained from the initial interview we develop an outline of how the website functions, what pages are necessary and the overall flow of the website. This is then submitted to the client for approval.

3.Website Layout
 This step involves designing the actual layout of the website. What the color scheme will look like, where the logo, banner, graphics will be located, basic copy information for each page. Once again, this is presented to the client for approval before the next step begins.

4.Website Content
 Here we add the copy to the website design. Depending on the package selected by the client we either add all copy provided by the client to each page, edit copy provided by client for search engine optimization, or create the copy based on specifications provided by the client. This is then given to the client for approval.

5.Client Testing
 The client is then given the opportunity to log onto a functional copy of their website to view the layout, copy, color scheme, etc., and to test all links and email functionality. Changes, corrections, or additions are done at this point until the client is fully satisfied with their website design.

6.Final Approval
 The client gives iTs final approval of their website design in writing.

7.Hosting
 Every website needs to reside on a server constantly connected to the internet. There are several companies that offer this service, it is called Website Hosting. iTs does not provide this service. iTs will arrange with a hosting company the placement of your website design or we will install your website design on the hosting service that the client chooses or we will just deliver the complete design to the client to allow them to arrange the hosting/installation of their own choosing.

8.Search Engine Submission
 iTs submits the new website address to the main search engines.

9.Launch
 iTs delivers all content of the website design to the client, all logos, graphics, banners, html code, etc. iTs will also launch the website design on the hosting server of the client’s
choosing
