A: While there are tools available that allow you to create you own website, and you can usually find a student in your neighborhood or one of your employees children may know how to create a web page do you really want to entrust your future business presence to these methods? We don’t employ cheap marketing schemes, we don’t use offensive or annoying animations, our designs don’t scream at you. All of our websites are designed to present a professional appearance. While we don’t believe that search engines should be your primary resource for new clients (see our explanation of search engines below) they are none the less important. With the research we have done in the field of search engines we can develop pages that improve you ranking with the main search engines.

A: There are several reasons why you need a professionally designed website. |
A website will compliment any current marketing schemes that you have in place. With the cost per word for advertising these days, a professionally designed website is cheap in comparison.
Unlike phone book ads, newspaper ads, mailbox coupons, etc., your professionally designed website can change as often as you desire. As your company grows so can your website.
People today want to be able to look up information on a company via the internet. In today’s society a company is not taken seriously if they do not have an internet presence. By including your web address with your current marketing scheme you give potential clients a way to obtain more information about your company than you can give them on a small flyer, brochure, phone book ad, newspaper add, or mailbox coupon.
With a professionally designed website you can track information about your clients; who they are, what they are looking for, how they found out about your company, etc. No other form of marketing gives you this kind of detailed analysis.

What if I can't afford a website right now? Should I wait? |
A: iTs does not believe in high pressure sales and does not want anyone to overextend their finances in order to obtain a professionally designed website. that is why we offer a variety of payment plans to meet your need. Regardless of the package selected you can pay all at once (not recommended), you can make a payment at each approval stage (you don't pay until each phase is approved), or you make a payment at each approval stage except for the last payment whcih you can make when you are ready to take ownership of the design and place you business online. We will work with you to fit whatever your financial needs are. We know what its like to be a small business and the financial stress associated with starting a business. We want to help. |
Thousands of new websites are added to the internet daily and the domain names (www.companyname.com) are assigned on a first come first serve basis. If you have a very unique name for your company you may not have a problem obtaining the web address you desire, however there is no guarantees. We highly recommend that you allow
iTs reserve your domain name as early as possible.
| Q: What about search engines. Will my website always have a
high ranking in the main search engines? |

iTs cannot guarantee search engine ranking. While we have done extensive research in search engine optimization we cannot guarantee a continuous high ranking. Regardless of claims made by other web designers, no one can guarantee this. Thousands of new websites are added daily to the internet and are listed with search engines. The rankings change daily. This is why
iTs does not believe this should be your primary resource for new clients, especially if your product market is primarily local. Our websites are designed to work hand in hand with existing marketing schemes. By placing your web address on your currently advertising you give your clients a tool to obtain more detailed information than you could afford to place on your ads. Don’t misunderstand our viewpoint on this. We do optimize your site for search engines to try and achieve the highest ranking possible, but over time, without maintenance, these rankings will drop. |

What is the guarantee that you offer? |
A: iTs guarantees you will be satisfied with your website design. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the website design we will refund 100% of the amount you paid. This guarantee is on the design and functionality only and is only valid up to the point of final approval. If there are problems with functionality after final approval they will be corrected free of charge as indicated in the contract. If after the design is approved and you decide you no longer like the layout, or you want to include additional graphics changes can be made at an hourly rate.
